Shipping is fully handled by the supplier that fulfills your product. SimplyLifeX does not control shipping operations, courier selection, transit speed, or delivery outcomes. Our role is to assist customers and act as a communication bridge between buyers and suppliers.

2. Shipping Issues

SimplyLifeX is not responsible for delays, lost packages, courier errors, or any other shipping‑related issues. We will always help you contact the supplier and provide support, but the supplier determines the final resolution.

3. Tracking Information

Some suppliers provide full tracking details, while others may not offer tracking at all. If tracking is unavailable for a specific product, this is due to the supplier’s shipping policy and not SimplyLifeX.
